Alexander, Vice Chair Hawley, Members of the Committee and other
distinguished guests in the audience.I am Helen Walker, Victoria County Judge and the chairman of the
Alliance for I-69 Texas.
It is my pleasure to come
before the Committee today to update you on activities of the Alliance and to
suggest additional ways that we may partner to advance the development of
I-69.
